The film begins with Wally Walrus preparing a feast, which Woody Woodpecker tries to take advantage, if using multiple devices to get crashed.
After use without much success for several features, Woody discovers that the banquet was being prepared to receive an ambassador and take advantage of the situation to go through the same, in order to take advantage of such receipt.
